Enjoy unlimited swimming, exciting new water exercises and a unique way of jogging on land all in a limited space and on a limited budget.

The LanAquaCizer™ is handcrafted in the USA to provide years of exercise enjoyment. It is lightweight, easy to use, virtually maintenance free, and at
$99.95 a real bargain. The LanAquaCizer™ consists of a fabric belt with removable flotation devices, stretchable cords and special door attachment straps all contained in a customized carrying case.

The LanAquaCizer™ provides strength training, aerobic conditioning and stretching of tense muscles. Ideal for travelers and all that enjoy swimming or water exercise, the LanAquaCizer™ is your Affordable, Portable, Sportable exercise device.

Water exercise is performed in a swim spa or pool. The belt is placed around the user’s waist so that the D-rings are on the outside and the zippers are on top. The buckle is adjusted so that when the belt is fastened to a tight but comfortable tension the buckle is midline. Excess strap is looped through the cloth retainer. Removing flotation devices from their pockets can alter the buoyancy of the belt.

After use in water, the belt and stretchable cords should be rinsed in clean, tepid water and hung until dry. The LanAquaCizer™ is not a life preserver or safety belt and may not support the user in an upright, head above water position.

Land exercise is performed on a solid surface next to a sturdy door with a smooth top and door frame. The black straps are placed two to three feet apart on top of the door so that the D-Rings are located on the side of the door toward which it closes (Figure 1). The door is closed completely and the D-Rings are pulled until the raised areas of the straps rest snugly against the door and door frame. The clips of the stretchable cords are attached to the D-Rings of the straps. The door should remain closed the entire time exercise is performed.

LanAquaSwim™: The plastic handles of the streachable cords are placed around smooth circular metal surfaces such as cleats (Figure 2a) or the railing of a ladder (Figure 2b).

The clips are attached to the appropriate D-rings of the belt - back D-rings for freestyle, breaststroke, and butterfly; front D-rings for backstroke; back and front D-rings on top of water for sidestroke.

Swimming is performed in the usual manner (Figure 3).

To shorten the cords, loop them around the smooth metal surfaces several times.

LanAquaRow™: The stretchable cords are placed around smooth circular metal surfaces and the clips are attached to the front D-rings of the belt.

The user faces the wall of the spa or pool and grasps the plastic handles of the stretchable cords.

The user then places the feet on the wall, leans back and pushes away from the wall with the legs, while pulling the plastic handles toward the head (Figure 4).

The elastic recoil of the stretchable cords will pull the user back to the wall. To shorten the cords, loop them around the smooth metal surfaces several times.

LanAquaFrog™: The stretchable cords are placed around smooth circular metal surfaces and the clips are attached to the back D-rings of the belt.

The user faces away from the wall of the spa or pool and grasps the plastic handles of the stretchable cords.

The user then places the feet on the wall, leans forward and pushes away from the wall with the legs, while pushing the plastic handles forward (Figure 5).

The elastic recoil of the stretchable cords will pull the user back to the wall. To shorten the cords, loop them around the smooth metal surfaces several times.

LanAquaRun™: The stretchable cords are placed around smooth circular metal surfaces and the clips are attached to the back D-rings of the belt. The user faces away from the wall of the spa or pool and grasps the plastic handles of the stretchable cords. The user then leans forward and runs in place (Figure 6).

LanAquaBakTrak™: The stretchable cords are placed around smooth circular metal surfaces and the clips are attached to the front D-rings of the belt. The user faces the wall of the spa or pool and grasps the plastic handles of the stretchable cords. The user then leans backward and runs in place (Figure 7).
